Individual Memberships

Each Dove Family Health Patient-Member receives the following benefits which include but are not limited to:

• Same-day/next-day office hours sick visits.
  Encounters can be in-person, via phone call or virtual chat when appropriate.
• After-Hours Access for urgent needs by calls and texts for active members.
  At your first visit, you will receive your Provider’s after-hours urgent needs number.
• Discount medications at 50-90% off retail pharmacy prices
  We dispense most medicines in the office.
• Discount lab work 50-90% off retail prices
  A basic annual blood draw which tests for diabetes, lipids, thyroid and more costs $30.

• Access to discounted medical imaging
  X-rays at $50. Ultrasounds at $100. CT scans starting at $250.
• Quality Time with the Provider
  In order to achieve optimal health outcomes, the Provider must spend quality time building a health relationship with the Patient-Member. We gladly schedule extra time for members who have in-depth health needs.
• No copays for visits
  You can visit 0,1, 2, 3 or more times per month as needed with no copay due.

The Dove Advantage Plus membership includes all of the benefits of Dove Advantage, ($0 co-pays, after-hours urgent needs, huge savings on medicines, labs and imaging) with the added security of Medical Cost Sharing. Medical Cost Sharing (MCS) is a membership-based non-insurance arrangement established for the purpose of sharing legitimate health care expenses between Members.
